This letter is about our recent meeting last December 25, 2019 when we visited your store in connection with purchase of notebooks for our school.

We are pleased to place an order of 2,000 pcs. Notebooks with item number of #1251 that to be used by our student this school year.

We would appreciate if the order is delivered at our school next month so that we can start selling it to our students during enrollment.

As we both agreed we will pay 50% of total price upon delivery and the remaining balance will be on one month pay basis with 20% discount.
